We’re at 398 Southland Drive‚ and we were Bob Slone’s original full service store. We’ve been here‚ continuously in business‚ since l968! (and yes‚ Bob is still here too‚ as is Brad Newsome‚ our president—their offices are in the back). Our store manager is Diane Layne. Others on our management team are Gary Creighton‚ Meat; Sam O’Dell‚ Produce; Katie Fyffe‚ Deli/Bakery.
We’re especially proud to offer you the rare combination of selection‚ service‚ value‚ and home–town hospitality here at Slone’s. We encourage you to check out our weekly specials in our Wednesday sale paper‚ inserted in the Herald–Leader‚ available in store‚ or on this website. What do we brag most about?
